US-JAPAN'S NUCLEAR CONTAMINATED WATER SCAM

1. The US's plot to incite hatred between Japan and China

Obviously, the US is trying to use the Fukushima nuclear contaminated water issue to make the Japanese people and the Chinese people hate each other.



The purpose of the US is to incite hatred between Japan and China. Then, the US will try to make two countries clash militarily over such issues as a territorial dispute over the Senkaku Islands.

When a military clash happens between Japan and China due to a territorial dispute over the Senkaku Islands, the US would stay neutral and let Japan and China fight.

After that, the US would try to lead the Japanese people to a hawkish tendency, using Ishin No Kai and conservative members of LDP so that Japan would become anti-China and implement nuclear sharing with the US.

The ultimate objective of the US is to let Japan fight as a US proxy against China and let a nuclear war break out between Japan and China.

Actually, even American magazine Science warned about dangerous and toxic nature of Fukushima nuclear contaminated water in 2021. [1][2]


So far, the US's cheap trick to incite hatred between Japan and China seems to be working.

Japanese politicians blame China as unscientific. Japanese media report only about Japan's viewpoints, ignoring China's viewpoints. The Japanese people are brain-washed to believe that Fukushima nuclear contaminated water is safe and that China is unscientific.

The US succeeded in delaying visits of pro-China Komeito-party MPs and pro-China Mr. Toshihiro Nikai led members of the Japan-China Parliamentary Friendship Association, who are expected to promote more friendly relations between Japan and China.


Just like back in early 2010s when the US let DJP's Kan and Noda cabinets aggregate a territorial issue over the Senkaku Islands so as to incite hatred between Japan and China, the US seems to be very successful in inciting hatred between Japan and China, using an issue of Fukushima nuclear contaminated water.

But, this could be a Pyrrhic victory for the US and the puppet Kishida cabinet.


2. China's counter-attack

If it were early 2010s, the US's plot would work perfectly just like the Senkaku Island conspiracy worked to incite hatred between Japan and China.

However, the US and Japan have underestimated China's intelligence capability.

China's intelligence capability has vastly improved since that time. Currently, in 2023, China is very excellent in SIGINT (signal intelligence) and HUMINT (human intelligence).

China has already hacked and penetrated successfully into even Japan's Defense Ministry and obtained the most classified information on military affairs. [3]

Therefore, it would be quite easy for China to hack and penetrate into Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), which has a jurisdiction over Japan's nuclear industry, and TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company), which owns Fukushima nuclear power plant and is in charge of discharging nuclear contaminated water. China will obtain classified information on dangerous and toxic nature of nuclear contaminated water.

Or, perhaps, China might have already hacked and penetrated into METI and TEPCO and obtained classified information on dangerous and toxic nature of nuclear contaminated water months ago.

China will feed the information to Japanese magazines and news papers little by little so that lies of the Kishida cabinet will become obvious and impress the Japanese people and the international community.

Or, China may set up a Chinese version of "Anonymous" that will disclose the classified information on Fukushima nuclear contaminated water one after another.

The Japanese people and the international community's fierce criticism against the dirty cowardly lies of the Kishida cabinet on nuclear contaminated water will intensify.

Humiliated by its own lies, the Kishida cabinet will fall.

China will outwit the US and Japan.


When the Kishida cabinet falls, Rahm Emanuel will also be relieved from the position of US Ambassador to Japan, taking responsibility for his devastating failure of political machination.

Back in 2010s, Rahm Emanuel failed as a mayor of Chicago. And, he failed again as a US Ambassador to Japan. His ambition to become the first Jewish president of the US will vanish.

3. Komeito-party MPs and Mr. Nikai led members of the Japan and China Parliamentary Friendship Association's visit to China

When the fall of the humiliated Kishida cabinet due to its lies on nuclear contaminated water becomes obvious to everyone, Komeito-party MPs and Mr. Nikai led members of the Japan-China Parliamentary Friendship Association will visit China and be welcomed very much by China in an utmost warm manner.

Especially, Mr. Nikai will make a joint statement together with his long trusted friend Wang Yi, top diplomat of China, in which the followings will be confirmed:

- the importance of the People-First principle
- Japan's adherence to One-China principle
- the importance of preserving national sovereignty and territorial integrity
- the importance of Non-Interference in a nation's internal affairs
- recognition that peaceful reunification of China and Taiwan is pursued and supported while China reserves the option of taking all measures necessary
- recognition that it is already the multipolar world
- promoting equal win-win relations
- Japan would cooperate China's BRI, GDI, GSI and GCI
- facilitating digital economy


The bright prospect of better economic relations between China and Japan and peace in East Asia will not only contribute to the better relations between the two countries but strengthen Mr. Nikai's political influence in Japan. Japanese businesses and Japanese people will be impressed and highly appreciate Mr. Nikai's accomplishment.

By winter, pro-China LDP-Komeito-party coalition government will be formed based upon Mr. Nikai led the Japan-China Parliamentary Friendship Association.


Above all, the new pro-China cabinet would declare that Japan would not join intervening in Taiwan crisis and that Japan would not allow US military forces to use US military bases in Japan for the purpose of intervening in Taiwan crisis because China-Taiwan relations should be solved through dialogue between them.

This will significantly enhance the probability of peaceful reunification of China and Taiwan because US military forces would not be able to conduct effective operations to intervene Taiwan crisis without using US military bases in Japan.

Japan's declaration that Japan would not allow US military forces to use US military bases in Japan for the purpose of intervening in Taiwan crisis will affect Taiwan voters too and make them convince that a peaceful reunification with China is the only choice for Taiwan.

Consequently, in Taiwan's presidential election of January 2024, a pro-China KMT candidate will win over a pro-US candidate of DPP. Victorious KMT will pursue and facilitate a peaceful reunification of China and Taiwan.


Incidentally, the Japanese people can bring lawsuits at courts of law in China, demanding billions of dollars damages to GE, main contractor of defective Fukushima nuclear power plant. Chinese judges would provide sentences that favor Japanese plaintiffs. Then, Japanese plaintiffs can seize GE's assets in China and cash them out to make GE fulfill the payment of the damages.

JAPAN'S NUCLEAR CONTAMINATED WATER SCAM

Japan is discharging as many as 1.3 million tons of Fukushima nuclear contaminated water to the Pacific, saying that the nuclear contaminated water is safe.

It is the most abominable malicious scam. Japan is committing an international crime destroying the Pacific Ocean's marine environment and endangering people's health and safety of neighboring countries.

The Japanese people are dirty cowardly liars as a race. Its discharging nuclear contaminated water is just one of its criminal scams.




Current Japanese people are so selfish and foolish that they never answer a question posed by others. They only keep telling their own viewpoints.

China asked, "If Fukushima nuclear contaminated water is really safe, why don't you use it for farming or drinking?"

Without answering it, Japan just goes ahead with discharge of nuclear contaminated water.

No Japanese person, no Japanese politician, no Japanese government official, no Japanese scientist, no Japanese media, no Japanese commentator ever answered the above simple question.

Why? Because Fukushima nuclear contaminated water is actually dangerous and toxic.

The Japanese people are dirty cowardly liars as a race.


First of all, TEPCO, the electricity power company that owns Fukushima nuclear power plant, never discloses true data. They have always been telling lies and making false reports over decades.

TEPCO's data are fake.


Secondly, what TEPCO is insisting is that their "plan" of discharging nuclear contaminated water is safe. They are not saying their nuclear contaminated water is safe.

Also, IAEA only confirmed TEPCO's "plan" looks like safe, accepting TEPCO's date as they are. IAEA has never said that Fukushima nuclear contaminated water is safe.

Incidentally, IAEA was originally established so as to prevent Japan and Germany's nuclear arming. Since then, IAEA's job has been to prevent a certain country from developing nuclear weapons. IAEA has neither knowledge nor capability to confirm nuclear contaminated water is safe or not.

Everything is a scam.


Thirdly, TEPCO has built an undersea tunnel stretching from Fukushima nuclear power plant to one kilometer away off the coast. TEPCO discharges nuclear contaminated water into the bottom of ocean. Obviously, TEPCO's purpose is to make it difficult for a third party to check and examine the discharged nuclear contaminated water. It's a dirty cowardly scam.





Fourthly, according to TEPCO, nuclear contaminated water's radioactive particles were removed by going through filters.

It's a lie. The filters must be replaced with new ones as the filters' capability deteriorate as time goes by. However, TEPCO has never disclosed such critical information as to how long filters work or how often filters need to be replaced.

It may be true that, during the first few months, the filters might have removed radioactive particles to some extent. But, the filters deteriorate over months. Then, dirty toxic nuclear contaminated water with radioactive particles has kept flowing through and been stored in tanks.

According to a news report, only 30% of 1.3 million tons of nuclear contaminated water is categorized as meeting safe standard while remaining 70% is categorized as in the process of filtering. [1]

TEPCO must be planning to discharge relatively safe nuclear contaminated water at initial several months, and, then, after people's attention fades away, start discharging dirty toxic nuclear contaminated water to the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.

Every part of TEPCO's plan is a cowardly criminal scam. The fraudulent nature of the plan is obvious.

The Japanese people are dirty cowardly liars as a race.


Looking back its history, Japan repeatedly committed a false scam flag operations. For example, in a Mukden incident of 1931, the Japanese Army exploded its own South Manchuria Railway in Manchuria, China, and claimed that it was Chinese people that destroyed the railways. Japan used its false claim as a pretext to seize and conquer Manchuria and established its puppet country, Manchukuo. [2]

Essentially, the Japanese people's fraudulent criminal nature hasn't changed at all.


China should strongly criticize Japan and attack the fraudulent nature of Japan's plan of discharging nuclear contaminated water.

China should punish and get straight the cowardly and twisted nature of the Japanese people.

China should put every option on the table including severing diplomatic relations with Japan.




China is "People First" while Japan is "Money First".

Therefore, Japan doesn't care health and lives of its own people still less those of people of neighboring countries.

On the other hand, China impose measures to ensure her people's health and safety. China's import ban of Japanese seafoods is a quite legitimate legal response.


Japan should not underestimate China's intelligence capability. China is very excellent both in SIGINT and HUMINT.

China has penetrated into Japan's Defense Ministry. It would be quite easy for China to penetrate METI & TEPCO and reveal their lies about Fukushima nuclear contaminated water. [3]

Then, Japanese magazines and newspapers would report about Japan's lies about Fukushima nuclear contaminated water.

Being humiliated by its own lies, the Kishida cabinet would fall and be replaced with pro-China cabinet.


In the meantime, the Japanese people should bring class actions against the US's GE (General Electric), which was a main contractor for construction of this poorly built defective Fukushima nuclear power plant.

So far, no Japanese person has brought a lawsuit against GE because the Japanese people are so wimpy.

The US government is supporting Japan's plan of discharging nuclear contaminated water because it wants to protect GE.



The Japanese people should bring a lawsuit against GE, demanding damages of billions of dollars.

Then, Japan can use a part of billions of dollars of damages to construct a facility which will treat Fukushima nuclear contaminated water safely such as boiling to condense it and storing with radioactive wastes for thousands of years.


Until then, Fukushima nuclear contaminated water should be used as drinking water for Japanese politicians and commentators who are blaming China as unscientific.

They can't reject drinking nuclear contaminated water because these idiots are saying Fukushima nuclear contaminated water is as "pure and safe" as natural water.

【卑怯者で嘘つきの日本人が、きわめて有害な１３０万トンの核汚染水を太平洋に放出することについて】

日本人は、世界で最も卑怯な民族です。嘘つき集団です。

今回の核汚染水放出は、その一つの例にすぎません。

現在の日本人は、相手の質問に絶対に答えません。自分たちの一方的な主張を繰り返すのみです。


中国政府は、日本に質問しました。「核汚染水が、もし日本が言うように安全なら、もし自然界に存在する水と変わらず安全なら、なぜ農業用水や飲料水に使わないのか？。」

これに対して、日本政府も、政治家も、日本のいわゆる科学者も、メディアも、コメンテーターも、誰一人として答えません。今まで日本人は、誰一人として、この当然の質問に答えません。

なぜでしょうか？。実際は、核汚染水は、危険であり、有害だからです。





まず第一に東京電力は、本当のデータを公表しません。原子力に関し、彼らは、常に嘘をつき、虚偽の報告を行ってきました。

彼らのデータは、虚偽です。


次に、彼らが安全だと主張しているのは、あくまでも核汚染水放出の「計画」が安全だということです。実際に、放出される核汚染水が安全だとは言っていません。

IAEAも、核汚染水放出の「計画」を見て、「計画」には問題がないと確認しただけです。核汚染水が安全だとは一言も言っていません。

そもそもIAEAは、日本やドイツが核兵器を開発しないよう監視するために設立された機関です。核汚染水が安全かどうかを検査する知見も能力もありません。

全てが、ごまかしです。


海岸から１キロ沖まで海底にトンネルを掘って海底に核汚染水を放出するのも、第三者による検査をしにくくするためです。実に卑怯なやり方です。





東京電力は、核汚染水は、フィルターを通すことで、危険な放射性物質は除去されたと言っていますが、嘘です。フィルターは使用すれば、交換が必要となるはずです。ところが、東京電力は、フィルターをいつ交換したのか、何か月ごとに交換するのか、等の情報を一切開示していません。

したがって、当初は放射性物質が除去されていたとしても、その後、次第にフィルターが機能しなくなり、事実上、放射性物質が残ったままの核汚染水が垂れ流され、タンクに貯蔵されているはずです。

東京電力は、当初は比較的安全な核汚染水を放出し、やがて世間の注目が薄れたのち、放射性物質が残ったままのきわめて有害な核汚染水を海底に放出する計画のはずです。

全てが卑怯な嘘の計画です。分かり切っている話です。

日本人は、全員卑怯者の集まりです。


中国は、徹底的に日本を批判し、攻撃すべきです。日本人の卑怯な行動を許すべきではない。



中国は、日本人の卑怯な、ねじ曲がった根性を叩き直すべきです

中国は、断交も視野に入れるべきです。


一方、日本国民は、そもそもこの欠陥原発を建設した主契約者である、米国のGEを集団訴訟で訴えるべきです。

臆病者の日本人は、これまで誰一人としてGEの責任を追及していません。アメリカ政府が、日本の核汚染水放出に賛成しているのは、GEを守るためです。



日本国民は、米国のGEを訴えるべきです。数千億円の損害賠償を請求すべきです。

そこから、核汚染水の安全な処理を行う設備の建設費を出せば良い。


それまでの間、核汚染水は、中国を非科学的だと非難している政治家やコメンテーターの飲料水として使うべきです。なぜなら、「安全」だからです.
