前回の記事にありましたように
東日本大震災により中止となりました東京カンファレンスですが、
ハーバード本部との調整の結果8月に延期し開催することとなりました。
関係各位の皆様にはご心配をお掛け致しましたが、上記の運びとなりましたので報告申し上げます。
なお、当カンファレンスの延期は、HCAP6期の新歓活動には一切の影響を及ぼさないことを付記致します。
To all relevant parties,
Hello, this is Mariko Yamashiro, the secretary of HCAP.
As stated earlier, the HCAP Tokyo Conference, originally scheduled from March 12th - March 20th, had been postponed due to the recent earthquake.
We would like to notify all parties involved that the HCAP Tokyo Conference will officially be rescheduled to August 11th - 18th.
The HCAP Tokyo Organizing Committee apologies for any inconveniences and sincerely appreciates your continued support.
