大阪城公園のソングバード Songbirds at Osaka Castle Park
春の大阪城公園は渡り鳥たちの休息地。
夏鳥と冬鳥の交差点です。
今、(4月23日)夏鳥のコマドリ、オオルリ、キビタキ、クロツグミ、
アカハラがやって来て、まだ冬鳥のツグミ、シロハラが見られます。
渡り鳥がやってくると、バードウォッチャーやカメラマンもやって来て
大賑わいとなります。
Osaka Castle Park, is a clossroad of migrants,winter birds and summer birds.
Many birdwatchers and Cameraparsons congregate here to enjoy birding.
Summer birds such as Blue-and-white Flycatchers,Nacissus Flycatchers,
Japanese Thrush,and Japanese Robin can be seen here at same time.

Japanese Medieval Castle
On the way to my home town, I always look up the castle on the top of 353m
mountain. I have longed to visit there. 15th April ,08 the weather was perfect,
My dream came true.
Yamana Mochitoyo, ordered his subject, Otagaki, to build the castle in 1431,
head of the most powerful warrior clan in western Japan in the 15th century.
conflict with Hosokawa
leader of a powerful military faction in medieval Japan whose dispute with Yamana Mochitoyo, the head of the powerful Yamana clan, resulted in the Onin War (1467・7). 竹田城は但馬、豊岡の実家に帰る播但自動車道から仰ぎ見て,
いつか訪れてみたいとずーっと思っていた。
距離がかなりある。手前の登山道が早く登城できる。
少し急斜面だがゆっくり登ればよい。
南米ペルーの天空都市、マチュピチュのようだ。

4月15日晴天の日、長年の夢をかなえることができた。
当時の一瞬の栄華を示すかのごとく桜が満開で、哀し
くあわれに感じられた。
石崖は野面積みで素晴らしい、虎臥城といわれ、
以外に広い縄張りだった。
期待以上の感動があった。
どうしてこの353メートルの山の頂まで石を運んだのか?、
水はどうしていたのか?,女性はいたのか?
いろいろ想像でき謎の城だ。
築城に借り出された村人は「田圃に松が生えた」といって逃げて
しまったという伝説があるとか。築城は長の年月がかかり今で言えば
ジョブを生み、田圃を耕すことなく生活でき、潤っていたのでは。
城が完成し田を見たら松が生長していて、耕すこともできず逃げたのでは。
山名持豊が四天王の一人といわれていた太田垣氏に命じて1431年築城させた。
山名氏の本拠地、子盗城(出石、宮内)の出城である。
1669年秀吉の但馬攻めで落城、1585年赤松広秀城主になる。
赤松広秀氏、関が原の合戦で西軍につき家康により
自刃を命じられた。以来、竹田城は廃城のまま今日に至る。
シロハラ Pale Thrush
この野鳥は単独で行動し、群れない。
冬期、年を越すと大阪城公園の林床で
木の葉をめくりながら餌を探すシロハラ
をよく見かける。
オス、メスの区別、また若かどうかなど
観察してみるのもなかなか楽しい。
雄は写真の移りが良い。雌はお腹が白く
白い薄い眉がある、それで判断できると
思っている。

The birds usually seen as solitary indivisuals on the ground
in the wood of Osaka Castle Park.Winter Vister in Osaka.
Male and female are alike.but It would be joy to distinguish
male and female as well as adult and juvenile.
Male is rather photogenic. Female has whitish belly and eyebrow.
