Yesterday was the day of the annual business plan seminar.
Professional athletes don't stay highly motivated every day, but they follow a set routine every day!
It's true that if I follow a routine 365 days a year, even someone like me might grow.
The routine I'm talking about here doesn't just have to do with business.
It's important to make a plan that considers the balance between your personal life and work, relationships with your partner and family, and health aspects such as exercise, diet, and weight management.
Write down what you can do now, what you can't do, etc., and decide on a routine to make the things you can't do.
I'm actually not very good at making business plans, but...
Even if I'm like that, if I make it a routine, it will eventually become a habit and I'll be able to do it automatically!
So, for now, I'm going to update my blog, which I've been slacking off on, every day for a year! Is that okay?!
Other routines that I think are okay to make public are as follows (lol)
- Wake up before 5:55 am
- Decide what to wear the day before
- Eat at least 5 types of vegetables and fruits every day
- Post on Facebook and Instagram at least twice a week
- Write a diary of good things every day
- Update my blog every day
If I write it down like this in a place where others can see it, I'll have no choice but to do it!?
No one's going to scold me, but I'm going to start experimenting with my routine from today!
