ハルノキオクHaru-no-kiokuku〜薔薇,ピスタチオ,クランベリーの求肥Gyuhi

薔薇の季節もそろそろ終盤。

散りゆく花々に春の記憶が重なる風景をイメージしたお菓子を作ってみました。

以前トルコの市場で出逢った『ロクム』というお菓子が日本の求肥に良く似ていて驚いた事がありました。いつか同じ様なモノを作ってみたいなぁと思っていたので、今回は 現地で一番気に入った組み合わせ(薔薇とクランベリーとピスタチオ入り)を求肥で再現。

仄かな薔薇の香り、クランベリーの爽やかな甘酸っぱさとコクのあるピスタチオの風味は、お茶にもお酒にも良く合います♡ 

The season of the rose was coming to an end. I cooked rice cakes of the image of the scenery which spring ended. These sweets flavored with rose, cranberry and pistachio. These sweets match various drinks and liquor.
