ガラス細工みたいな木漏れ日を表したお菓子を作ってみました。メロンの果肉とミントの錦玉羹をカルピスベースの水羊羹に散りばめたら、待ち遠しい夏の味♫
The contrast of summer white sunshine and green young leaves is beautiful… I cooked the sweets which expressed such a summer scenery. The cakes are flavored with melon and mint. These sweets match various drinks and liquor.
