先日の日本酒カクテルコラボセミナーでみんなと一緒に作った梅酒風味の外郎。青梅を模してみました。甘酸っぱい風味はいろいろな飲み物に合いそうです。

It is setting-in of the rainy season soon. The fruits of the plum has begun to grow between fresh leaves. I made the Japanese sweets using fruits of plum of the plum wine. Flavor of sweet-sour plum wine fits various drinks and liquor well.
