ファンファクトリー でランチ Lunch at Fun Factory
先日紹介したコミュニティcafe Fun Factory でランチをいただきに来た
ここはそもそも、cafeだけで今日はランチを出した
I came to Fun Factory to have a lunch.
This cafe does not provide a lunch everyday, but today isn't.
このお店のコンセプトは、これからcafeをやりたい人や、人とのコミュニケーションをとりたいひとにcafeそのもをレンタルしてくれる事だ
This cafe's idea is to let people rent this place who wants to own a cafe as a sumilation.
今日は、サチカフェと名を変えて、営業
唐揚げランチだ
気合いの入ったランチ、私ノリノリはたくさん食べれないので、ご飯を五分の一と唐揚げ2個減らしてもらった
Only for today, they changed the name to SACHI CAFE.
Karaage lunch (fried chicken)
I had my luch half portion of normal.
オーナーも手伝って、とてもにぎやかだ
私ノリノリがプロデュースするFGプロジェクトに共通する所がある
人が人を集める、今後のFun Cafeが楽しみだ
The owner is helping the cafe, too.
It's like my FG project, the Friends Gathering.
もちろん最後にドリンクとデザート、さすが主婦が多いいだけあって、オヤジランチとは違う
たくさんの主婦達に囲まれたランチだった😄
There is an after coffee and desert come with lunch, they know how to make house wives to become happy.
I had my lunch with a lot of house wives arround me.

メインテナンス Maintenance
私ノリノリが経営する麻雀バージャンパークノリノリの事だが、先日麻雀卓のメインテナンスをした
早いもので、オープンから5年近く経って段々卓の老朽化し始めてた
機械ものだけに、壊れた訳では無いが、先行メインテナンスをする
I own a mahjong bar and it's been almost 5years.
All the mahjong tables need to have maintenance.
とても複雑な機械だ、それゆえにメインテナンスが大事だ、掃除機と歯ブラシを使って機械の中にたまったホコリを取り除く、何せ機械はホコリをを嫌うすなわち故障の原因になる
私ノリノリの父も機械が大好きで、いつも口癖で人は我慢ができるが、機械は我慢せず、動かなくなる
すなわち、麻雀卓も止まってしまえば、お客様から料金を請求できなくなる
だから、常に麻雀卓を完璧なコンディションにしてないといけない
Very complicated machine and that is why need to have maintenance.
Use vacuume cleaner and tooth brush to take out the all the dust.
Tables always need to be in good condition all the time.
いつも見慣れた麻雀牌、汚れた事に気がつかない
シンナーを使って、歯ブラシで牌の文字をこすって取り除き、新しい塗料を流し込む
とてもめんどくさい作業だ
Tiles those we see all the time, we forget how dirty they are.
Use thinner and tooth brush to take away all the old paint from the tiles.
Then poor new paints, this process is very complicated.
出来上がるとこんな感じ、気持ちイイ(FG)
とても時間と手間がかかる作業でここまでする店は無いとメインテナンスしにきてくれ人は言ってくれた、買えば2万円位の物だが、従業員に物を大事にする事の大事さを教えるのも私ノリノリの経営者の仕事だ
ちょっとした事だが、きれいになった時の気持ち良(FG)が、従業員やお客さんに伝たわれば私ノリノリも(FG)になれる瞬間だ

Normally, people buy new sets and maintenance guy told me that he never see people do this job.
I want to teach my workers that people should take good care on things that we use all the time.
This is very little thig but very important thing.

ロープ Rope
船のロープを買いに、久しぶりに蒲郡市にある三河機工に行ってきた
I went to Mikawakikou to get some rope for my boats.
ここは私ノリノリのマリン遊びにおいて、とっても大事なお店だ
ここは一見金物屋さんだが、むかしながらの船具屋だ
This store is very important for my marine life.
This store looks like just one of hardware store, but it is old style marine hardware store.
中に入ると、普通の金物屋と違い、船に関する金物が多いい、海で使う物だけあって、ステンレス製の物が多いい
Once you get inside, there are alot of marine hardware.
船底掃除の時に交換する、亜鉛板や船底塗料も沢山取り揃えてある
There are many selections of bottom paints and zinc plates for bottom cleaning.
今回は、私ノリノリの船のオーニング(シート) 交換で、細いロープが必要になり来た
This time, I need to get thin rope for awning.
50メーター分購入の為計る
measure for 50 meters.
お店のまえの道路に10メーターおきに印が付けてあって、お姉さんが一気に走る、あっという間に50メーター分のロープを計った
いつも船舶検査を受ける時や、修理時に頻繁来るお店だ
このお店無しでは、私ノリノリのマリンライフは語れない位だ
There are marks on the street every 10 meters and sales lady run for 50meters.
I come here when I work on my boats and for inspections.
Without this store, I can't talk about my marine life.

久しぶりです It's been a long time
一ヶ月位ブログを休んでしまいすみませんでした

先日、面白いcafeを見つけたので紹介したいと思います
I found an interesting cafe in Toyokawa.

一月にオープンしたばかりだ
このカフェは、設計士が経営しているお店だ
Just opened up last month.
This cafe is owned by the architect.
カウンターもあって、私ノリノリ好みのお店だ
バーはもちろん、cafeも大好きな私には、嬉しい発見だ
嬉しい事に、土曜日の夜だけ、オーナーが昔バーテンダーの経験があるらしく、バーになるそうだ
昼間は、オーナーの奥さんが、cafeを担当する
又、cafe経営を考えている人達に、シュミレイション的に場所を貸してくれるそうだ
中々斬新だ
There is a bar counter and this is the way I like it.
Good news is that only on Saturday, it will be changed to bar.
During the day time, owner's wife operates the cafe.
She let people who wants open the cafe, to operate this cafe as the summulation.
Good idea !
