特にスクワット＆チェストが

ショルダーはバーのフロントレイズがあるし
腹筋が前にロープがあるように掴み､４段回で上って最後に絞め
サイドもあって、かなりハードな腹筋でした
１４日水曜日はコナミ新大阪にてRUN練習
書道教室の後なので、とりあえずRUN練習のみ
５分：ウォーミングアップ4.0km/h
４０分：ジョギング8.0km/h
８分：ランニング10.0km/h
２分：ダッシュ12.0km/h
５分：クールダウン
走行距離：７．８５km
結局１週間ぶりで先週の水曜日と同じ
２４時間リレーマラソンin舞洲は1.4kmなので
ダッシュの時間を長くしようかな？
（テレビを見ながら４０分：ジョギング8.0km/hがいいネ）
