新曲（SH20）です
もう５年経つんだ！私はシバム歴約３年半
（チョット気になり調べたら、２０１２年１月１５日土曜日に
ボディコンバット60＆シバム45をコナミ新大阪でやっていました
）SH20の第一印象は普通かな？
特に難しいのもなく！

もちろん新曲（BC64）
第一印象はいいネ
１曲目はシューティングから始まり、
２曲目にジャンプキック！
４曲目にスローサイドキック、腕立て３７回（笑）
５曲目が今回一番の目玉かな！
アッパーの連続＆ハイニーラン！どんなんかはやったらわかります（苦笑）
６曲目がまたトレーニング（スイッチランジ等）
７曲目にプッシュ＆フロントキックがあり
８曲目はいつもの感じ！
コナミ新大阪の声出しメンバーがいて、
声出しして頑張っちゃいました

でも来週はコナミ梅茶でGRITにしますけど（苦笑）
７月１日水曜日はコナミ新大阪にてボディジャム45＆RUN練習
ジャム45は
この新人イントラさん！良くなってきました
説明する声も大きくなり、
右肩引いてとか指示も的確、対面でなく同じ向きでもやってくれました
あとは４回から２回に変化するときとかのキュー出しが上手くなれば完璧
４５分クラスなので
ウォーミングアップとカーディオ１＆２
この前の日曜日のイントラさんと動きがチョット違うので
戸惑う部分もありましたが、新曲（BJ74）楽しい
２回目でより楽しくなりました
続いてRUN練習７回目
いつものように着替えて水補給！
ホワイトボードに２１：３５～２２：２５と記載して５０分間
５分：時速４．０㎞（ウォーミングアップ）
３０分：時速９．０㎞（持久走）
１０分：時速１２．０㎞（RUN練習）
５分：クールダウン
走行距離７．３０㎞でした（最後のクールダウンでマシンが止まってしまい不正確！）
２４時間リレーマラソンin舞洲までもう２０日ないので、これぐらいで維持します
焦らず、ぼちぼちネ（笑）
