呑菜にて和定食（さわらの味噌漬け）８００円
ちょっと急いでいるので、近所のココへ！
今日はヘルシー定食でした
もっとガツンといっても大丈夫ですが（笑）
今日も美味しく頂きました。
昨日はコナミ新大阪にてテクニカルエアロ＆ボディアタック30＆ボディコンバット30の３連荘
テクニカルエアロは
先週代行だったので２週目！
去年までその日限りのコリオだったんですが、
１週とんでも身体が憶えていました
（最近エアロビクスはコレだけ！ボディコンバット等は頭を使わないです！）
結構スピーディな振り付けなので、気が抜けず汗が良く出ました
（レッスン１本目は身体もスタジオも冷えているのであまり汗は出ないのですが
）２週目ということで、縦割り（A右→B左→C右→A左→B右→C左）
３つのコリオ似ていないのでやりやすかった
（振り付けが似ていると混ざってしまいやすいです！）
来週は４面回しかな（笑）
楽しいテクニカルエアロでした
続いてボディアタック30
昨日はわりと空いていました！このクラスいつも参加者多いのですが･･･
２列目にいたのに、いつの間にか前列中央へ（笑）
印象に残った曲は（１曲目から３曲目忘れてしまった

もちろん声出しして気合入れ

研究社の英和中辞典を片手に和訳していましたが意訳も必要かな？

今回は落ちてる気がしないの天にも昇る気分
重力が再び私を

やっぱりこうゆうふうに和訳しないと歌にならないでしょうね（苦笑）
