ですが、そのまま、「あなたは私の頭をグルグル回す」、すなわち「（あなたに）頭がクラクラさせられる」という意味になります。
で、どんな時に頭がクラクラさせられるのかが次の
”When you go down, when you go down down...”
という部分なのですが、なかなか意味深な表現になっています。”go down”というのは普通だと「下がる」とか「降りていく」という意味なのですが、スラングで「股間の高さまでしゃがむ」という意味なので、オーラル・セックスと解釈してもいいかと思います。
決して汚い言葉ではないのですが、この意味を知ってか知らずか、アメリカの子供達にもこのフレーズは好んで口ずさまれているようです。
