Today’s image is UDON I feel comfortable, and I am always craving for when I feel exhausted.
You might think the UDON noodle is a famous one made by any company.
No. It is just UDON you can buy at any supermarket. It is important for tired me that it includes special soup made of natural foods, chicken, Chinese cabbage, and eggs.
It might not be special for others, because the ingredients are foods you can buy anywhere.
But it is special. Some think it does not look colorful and delicious, but the taste is perfect for me, especially when I want to get well.

今日は見た目に大したことはないうどんです。しかしこのうどん、私が疲れた時必ずと言っていいほど食べたくなるうどんです。うどん！？どこか有名なうどんなの！？
加ト吉です。(笑) ポイントは、関西風の出汁に、鶏と卵、白菜が入っていることです。
ネギとちりめんじゃこがあったら、完璧だったのですが・・・
