Today’s image is TSUKUDANI of HIDAGYU. There are a lot of kinds of TSUKUDANI in Japan, which is a preservable food boiled down in soy sauce. And this is HIDAGYU, which is the brand of HIDA (place name) WAGYU (beef).
This is a present from my sister, she traveled to HIDA where is placed in GIFU Prefecture.
Japan has many kinds of WAGYU brands. So, you can find process foods of WAGYU anywhere.
My family often presents foods involved in the place we travel to each other. In my opinion, we can enjoy the feeling once again there even when we eat them at home.
This time, it was a present, but it reminds me of the time I traveled before.

今日はお土産をもらったので紹介です。
先日妹が飛騨高山に行ってきました。その時においしかったらしく、飛騨牛の佃煮をもらいました。ごぼうも入っていて甘辛い味付けのおいしい佃煮です。
我が家のお土産は、食べものが多いです。(笑)
旅行に行くとたくさんおいしいものに会えますが、買って帰ると食卓に上りますよね。
またその時に旅行に戻った気分になるのは私だけでしょうか・・・今回はお土産ですが、以前、飛騨高山に行ったことを思い出しました。
味覚ってすごくないですか！？
