お祭り（カナダスタイル）

カナダのお祭りはこんな感じだそうです・・・・・

(この人は、人形をくっつけた服で闊歩しています。）

Famous fortune teller in town. I saw a lot of people lined up in front of her booth
（この街で有名な占い師。彼女のブースには長蛇の列ができてました。）

Perfect sailing day!

Breezy summer evenings are perfect for sailing and a lot of people love going out into the sea for a short trip before calling it a day.
（セーリングに最適な夏の夕方、多くの人は海に行くことが好きなのね）

When I was a child I saw a movie where a girl believes that her prince will come to her in a boat with red sails.
（昔、映画で観たの、女の子は王子様が赤い船に乗ってやって来るって信じてるっていうやつを）

No red sails today!
（今日は赤い船はいないわ）

Perhaps I should wait a little longer.
（必要なら私はもうちょっと長くまたなければいけないみたい）



Is everybody in this town waiting for the red sails?
（この街の人は赤い船を待ってるの？）

Hope not.
（そうでないことを祈るわ）

Still it is beautiful to watch them.
（例え赤くなくても船を見てるだけでも綺麗だから）

満月

My grandfather used to tell me that a full moon was when mysterious things happen and wishes come true.
（祖父がよく言ってたわ、神秘的なことが起きる時、願いが叶う時はいつも満月の時だって）


I am happy to be witnessing yet another full moon.
(いまでも満月を見ると幸せを感じるわ）

True, I'd seen hundreds of full moons in my life, but still I cherish each of them as if it was my 1st time.
（事実、今まで何百回と満月を見たけど、今でもまるで初めて会うかのようにいとおしく感じるの）

When you start thinking of the full moon as a usual thing, the value of life diminishes.
（満月を普通のことと考えるようになってしまったら、人生の価値が半減してしまうわ）


Common guys, look up and cherish every little thing in life because everything has a limit.
（さあみんな、人生におけるあらゆることに目を向けてそして大事にして、なぜって、全てのことには限界があるんだから･･･）
