"Folks" means your parents.
For example:
"My folks are coming to Tokyo next year."
Also "folk" means "common of people." So it is the essence of a people. When we say "folk" in America, it usually means a kind of rock music or traditional music.
Folk rock was popularized by artists like Bob Dylan and Tom Paxton.

I always thought she was cute until she started doing these commercials for JR.
First, and you should know this if you are an avid Eigononabe reader, that an exclamation point "!" in the middle of a phrase is not correct!
Next issue is that it needs to say something different.
You can't "Do (more) safety."Safety" is not something we can do. So, we need to change it. Hmmm... let's see.... how about:
Act safely!
Be safe!
Do THINGS more safeLY!
More Safety!

Reindeer - Merry Christmas - English right here!
That is real reindeer. I think they look so mystical and elegant. It is such a beautiful animal.
Reindeer can only be found in the northern part of our planet. They are actually living quite close to Hokkaido, but don't live there - they live in Russia across the sea. They live in the arctic or the North Pole. (And you know who else lives in the North Pole, right?)
Their antlers grow each year. The antlers are covered in a velvet fur, and then it peels when it grows. The velvet fur looks really cool close up.
The male reindeer usually have 15-20 "girlfriends" to mate with. Whoa!
Reindeer are used as work animals, and they are also eaten. I can see it now "Reindeer sashimi don" coming to Yoshinoya. YUCK! I don't care how healthy it is, I DON'T WANT TO EAT THEM!!!! HORSES EITHER!!

What is the purpose of this sign? Does Tokyu want Japanese people to make a mess of their houses or something?
I can see it now... some guy finishes work, gets on the train and sees this thinking "I should do that at my house tonight." He grabs a sixpack, plops on the couch using his briefcase as a pillow, and gets wasted while spilling beer all over the floor.
OK, I know it is about the trains. Then why does it say to "Do it at home."
I think in America we think negatively about something like this. For example, we would say "Not HERE!" But even if we did, we wouldn't make light of this kind of situation.
