Just kidding - I put it in there.
I was recently gifted some coffee with an added twist - flakes of gold to go inside it.
It's not the first time I've had gold flakes in something but I think this is the first time I've had them in coffee.
They didn't add anything to the taste (which was already nice, by the way), but it did make the coffee feel a bit special and shiny, and I felt slightly richer going home on the train knowing I had bits of gold in my digestive system.
And I promise this is the last time I'll ever blog about the bottom of my coffee cup!
