３）その方は、碧玉や赤めのうのように見え、その御座の回りには、緑玉のように見える虹があった。
６）御座の前は、水晶に似たガラスの海のようであった。御座の中央と御座の回りに、前もうしろも目で満ちた四つの生き物がいた。
Revelation 4
3)And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne.
6)Also before the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.
出エジプト記24章10節
そうして、彼らはイスラエルの神を仰ぎ見た。御足の下にはサファイアを敷いたようなものがあり、透き通っていて青空のようであった。
Exodus 24:10
And saw the God of Israel. Under his feel was something like a pavement made of sapphire, clear as the sky itself.
エゼキエル１章
26）彼らの頭の上、大空のはるか上のほうには、サファイアのような何か王座に似たようなものがあり、その王座に似たもののはるか上には、人間の姿に似たものがあった。
27）私が見ると、その腰と見える所から上のほうは、その中と回りとが青銅のように輝き、火のように見えた。その腰と見える所から下のほうに、私は火のようなものを見た。その方の回りには輝きがあった。
28）その方の回りにある輝きのさまは、雨の日の雲の間にある虹のように見えた。私はこれを見て、ひれ伏した。そのとき、私は語る者の声を聞いた。
Ezekiel 1
26)Above the expanse over their heads was what looked like a throne of sapphire, and high above on the throne was a figure like that of man.
27)I saw that from what appeared to be his waist up he looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and that from there down he looked like fire; and brilliant light surrounded him.
28)Like the appearence of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. This was the appearence of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell face down, and I heard the voice of one speaking.
