i happened to walk along the side of meguro river and saw many cherry blossoms blooming. i might have passed by cherry trees but this was the first time that i noticed. it seems like a good start.
たまたま目黒川沿いを歩いていたんですが、沢山の桜が咲いていました。これまでにも桜の木々の横を通り過ぎてはいたんでしょうが、気付いたのは今回が初めてでした。なんか良いスタートな感じです。

to find where his master's voice comes from, nipper came all the way to our place. i assume everyone knows the story about nipper but it's the dog used in the log of victor jvc. nipper looks strangely at gramophone because nipper hears his master's voice from the gramophone (his master had already passed away). nipper surely remembers the voice.
ご主人の声がどこから聞こえてくるのかを捜し求めて、ニッパーがはるばる我が家までやってきました。victor jvcのロゴに使用されている有名な犬です。そう、既に亡くなっているご主人の声が蓄音機から聞こえてくるので、蓄音機を怪訝そうに眺めているというストーリー。ちゃんと声を覚えていたんですね。

my wife always find something new; actually, she's really good at finding something interesting. this time, she got this: concool the mouthwash. usually, you pour this into a cup of water and gargle. the way she learned is to place five or so drops on the toothpaste filled brush and brush teeth with it. by doing so, you could prevent pyorrhea and strengthen your gum, that's what she said. no noticeable result came out yet as i have only been used for the last three days, so i will continue to use to see how my gum will be enhanced.
うちの奥さんはいつも何か新しいモノを見つけてきます。面白いモノを見つけてくるのが得意なんですよね。で、今回見つけてきたのがマウスウォッシュのコンクール。通常は水の入ったコップにこれを垂らしてうがいするわけです。そして奥さんが学んできたやり方というのが、歯磨き粉のついた歯ブラシにこれを5滴ほど垂らして歯を磨くというもの。こうすることによって歯槽膿漏の予防や歯茎を強くしてくれるらしいです。まだ3日程度しか使っていないため、目だった効果は出ていません。と言うわけで続けてみようと思います。さて、どうなるでしょうか。

actually, it's never been stable ever since we bought it but for the last two or so weeks, it's really unstable (i'm talking about pc). dvd/cd driver retired, heat radiator came off, and yesterday, after the virus scan, the pc suddenly stopped sending signal to monitor. yes, nothing was displayed in the monitor. i rebooted the pc but it was same. then while later, it came back to normal condition. but all of a sudden, while i was using the pc, it stopped sending singal to the monitor..... then after i rebooted, the pc came back to normal. what's wrong? i don't know.
実のところ、購入以来安定したためしがないのですが、ここ2週間くらいは状況が本当に安定していない（pcの話です）。dvd／cdドライブがリタイヤしてしまい、放熱器が外れてしまい、そして昨日はウィルス・スキャンの後に突然pcがモニターへの信号を送らなくなってしまうという状態に。そう、画面に何も映らなくなってしまったのです。再起動してみるものの状況は変わらず。しばらく経ったら、元に戻っていたんですが、またpcを使っていると突然モニターへの信号がストップ・・・。でまたちょっとしてから再起動すると元に戻りまして。何が問題なのか分かりません。

my wife came back from the trip with this mag. i don't know what in it as i just started to read but i guess it's that serious because the mags like this pick up the topic about this (it's not like somebody else's problem). of course, those who are involved in the scene are doing their best with full of passion. you know if you go there, you're gonna have fun but the choice is yours. anyway, i am hoping that the whole club/music scene will survive current depression!
うちの奥さんから。まだ読み始めたばかりで内容はよく分かりませんが、雑誌がこうした話題を取り上げるほど深刻な状況になっているんでしょう（他人事ではありません）。勿論、シーンに携わっている方々は沢山の情熱を持ちながらベストを尽くしています。行けば楽しいのは分かっているんでしょうが、行くかどうかは自分次第。いずれにしても、クラブ／音楽シーンが現在のようなこうした不況をなんとか乗り越えることができるように！

in order to increase the data capacity of my pc, i moved some data to external hdd; however, since this hdd is pretty old, it only saves 30gb..... at that time, the size was not small at all but nowadays, even a sd card has 16gb. i'm amazed with technology developement. anyway i started to move the data, and it's already filled up but still much better than nothing. i still have lots of data to backup.
pcのデータ容量を増やすために外付けのhddにデータを移行。ただ、このhddというのがかなり古いもので容量が30gb・・・。当時は容量が小さいなんていうことはなかったんですが、今ではsdカードで16gbですからね。技術の発展て凄いもんです。と言うわけで、データを移し始めたばかりでもう満杯です。ないよりは全然オッケー。移したいデータ、まだまだあるんですよね～。

nmrさんから、「今晩でかけませんか？」とのお誘いがあったので表参道の交差点で落ち合い、ル・バロンへ。3連休の最初の夜ということもあり、お店には沢山の人が。音はニュー・ウェーブ・ロックやエレクトロ、テクノといった感じでしたがトゥイーク系の音が少なかったので良かったです。あと、外人も多く、他にも有名な写真家やスタイリストなど、まさに先端を行く人達のメルティング・ポットな感じ。幾つかライブのショーがあり、合間に色々なdjがプレイしていました。
and then a couple of incidents happened to me. first, i was at the corner of the dance floor with nmr-san and had some drinks there. then someone sitting on the sofa behind me dropped a champagne-filled glass on the floor and my shoes (my shoes!!) and my pants (my pants!!!) were soaked with champagne (they didn't even apologized me).
そして二つの出来事が僕の身に降りかかったのでした。一つ目、ダンス・フロアの角でnmrさんと飲んでいたのですが、後ろのソファに座っていた人がシャンパンいっぱいのグラスを床に落としてしまい、シューズ（僕のシューズが!!）とパンツ（僕のパンツが!!!）がシャンパンでびしょびしょに（お詫びの言葉もなし）。
furthermore, during the live show, a girl on the platform had a bazooka like cracker and shot the bazooka. strings of paper were shot towards me and nmr-san. there was a candle on the table where we stood. as you could expect, the papers fell onto the candle and instantly, ignited to the papers and became a huge flame! bad enough, some papers were on my head/shoulder and burned my lots of my hair!!! my head was filled with burnt odor..... i was pretty shocked about that.
更に、お立ち台に上がってライブをしていた女の子がバズーカ型のクラッカーを持ち、それを撃ったわけです。でクラッカーの紙が僕らの方に飛んできたんです。テーブルの上には火の着いたキャンドルが。そう、紙はキャンドルの上に落ち、そして瞬く間に大きな火の手が。最悪なことに紙は僕の頭と肩にも落ちてきており、かなりの量の髪の毛が燃えてしまったんですよ!! そりゃぁもう焦げ臭いのなんのって・・・。かなりのショックでした。
we talked that the corner is the demon's gate and moved to somewhere.
二人でここ（フロアの角）は鬼門だとか話しながら、場所を変えたのでした。
so, above incidents happened to me but other than that, i enjoyed the night. besides, i've got a reward? too.
と言うわけで上記のような出来事が起きたわけですが、それ以外は楽しい夜でした。ご褒美？もありましたし。

i'm not sure if it's because of the warmer temperature but i recently become really sleepy after dinner, which i guess is pretty normal though. i wasn't like that before. of course, i stay up late if needed but otherwise i fall asleep instantly. it's not good for digestion, so i want to stay up but if i lie down, that's the sign.
暖かくなったせいかどうかは分かりませんが、最近は晩御飯を食べた後すぐに眠くなってしまいます。と言っても当たり前のことかもしれませんが。以前はこんなんじゃなかったんですけどね。勿論、やることがあるなど必要な時は起きていますが、そうでない場合はすぐに落ちてしまう。消化にもよくないんで食後は起きていたいんですが、横たわったらアウトです。
