one day, when i got back home, this bottle of shochu (distilled spirit) was on the table. so, i drank it.
ある日、家に帰ってきたところ、テーブルに焼酎のボトルが置いてありました。なので、飲みました。
i never liked shochu (distilled spirit) years ago but now, i like it, especially those made with rice. i also like the ones made with oats. there are various ways to drink shochu such as drink straight, on the rocks, with hot or cold water, etc. i like to have one on the rocks.
昔は焼酎なんて好きになれませんでしたが、今では特に米の焼酎などを飲むようになりました。麦も好きです。生やロック、水割り、お湯割りなどなど飲み方は色々あります。自分はロックが好きです。
regarding the picture above, it says "nashika" on the label of the bottle but i don't know what "nashika" means..... although japan is such a small country but there are so many dialects and accents in almost all the parts in japan. if i speak with my own language (dialect), no one in my company would understand, not even one word..... that means, in some regards, i can speak two different languages :)
上の写真ですが、ボトルのラベルに「なしか」と書いてあります。ですが、「なしか」の意味が分かりません。日本はちっちゃな国ですが、日本の殆どの地域に多種多様な方言やなまりが存在します。もしも、自分自身の言葉（方言）でしゃべったら、会社の人は一言も理解できないでしょう・・・。つまり、ある意味、二つの違う言葉が話せるということになります。
since i travel a lot (not in this year though), i received ana platinum card today!! with this card, i get to use all the ana lounges (or star alliance partner's lounges) in all airports in all over the world. there all the drinks (including alcoholic beverages) and foods are free of charge (except some ua lounges). also, i got several tickets for upgrading my seat to business class!! there's diamond card which is the highest but it's a long way to get it.....

we both like to read "manga" but most of them are somehow related to fighting such as boxing, mma (mixed martial art), etc. in my case, the reason why i like those kinds of stuff is probably i yearn for strong guys... like a little kid. of course, i care about the plots. i don't like just fighting, there has to be a story.
うちらは「マンガ」を読むのが好きですが、そのほとんどはボクシングや総合格闘技など、なにかしら闘いに関連したものが多いです。自分の場合、そういった類のものが好きな理由は、多分、強い男に憧れがあるからでしょうか・・・、子供のようにね。勿論、ストーリー性も気にします。ただ闘っているだけのものは好きではありません、その中にストーリーがないとね。
today, i sent a package to my fellow dj and good friend of mine in virginia. but because the package overweighted by 185g, i was asked to pay twice the regular cost... i wish i could know aout it..... expect to receive the package in less than a week, jf!!
