Do you like fried bread (agepan)?
I don't like fried bread because too much oil makes me sick. I wonder why we have to fry bread although it is already good without being fried!!! If you want to eat bread rich with butter or something like that, we have an option to eat pastry. But why fried bread? It absorbs oil a lot and it gets too oily!!!!!
Today we had fried bread for lunch. I was shocked a little bit but I was planning to leave a half of it as I do usually. But today, I was able to eat it all. Why? Because it hadn't absorbed so much oil and it was soft and good inside. I guess it was made by good cooks!!! So I found that if fried bread is made appropriately, I can eat it.
But I won't "wish" to eat fried bread....
