朝ごはん！
いっつも同じ事の繰り返し。
自分に語りかけるの。
「オッケー。明日は早起きして、
十分時間に余裕を持って、おいしい朝ご飯を作る
」。
それでどうなるかというと、
目覚まし
が鳴って、スヌーズ
を何回か押した後・・・
朝ご飯なんて時間じゃなくなる！！
だから、今朝は・・・
バナナ
かパン
のかけらを片手に家を走って出る
なんて事はやめて、
ちゃんと朝ご飯を作りました！
目玉焼きに、
タマネギと赤いピーマン
を併せて炒めた御飯。
おいしかったよ！
朝ごはんは１日で一番大切な食事だっていうものね
Isn't it always the same? You say to yourself. Ok, I am going to wake up early and give myself enough time in the morning for a good breakfast.
But what happens? The alarm goes off, you hit snooze a few times...and no time for breakfast.
So, I finally made sure that this morning, I had a proper breakfast, instead of running out of the house with a bananna or a piece of bread.
Eggs and rice with onion and bell pepper. Nice.
After all, they do say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Hey! 今日のライブ、最高にファンタスティックだったよ！
たくさんの人たちがデルニのライブを見に集まってくれました！
マイスペースからの友達もたくさん来てくれて、
その中にはチッキー・ガールズ
っていう、
２人の日本人の女の子達も！！
彼女達はハロープロジェクトの曲で踊るダンスユニットをやっていて、
今はロンドン
に住んでるんだって
トゥー・クロース（Too Close）の曲は、今日演奏した中でもとっても
パワフルなパフォーマンスが出来たと思う。オーディエンスのみんながいるフロアに飛びおりて、みんなで一緒にダンスしながら歌ったんだ！
みんなとっても楽しんでくれて、クレイジーだったよ
ライブのあとは打ち上げでチャイナタウンへ
おいしいご飯をバンドのみんなと食べました！
くたくただから、今日はこれから、もう寝ます。
今日のデルニのライブの様子は、

Hey! We had a fantastic gig tonight.
We had really good turn out and lots of myspace friends came to support Delaunay including two Japanese girls, the dedicated Hello Project fans known as Chicky Girls. They belong to a street dance unit originally from Japan but are now living in London.
Too Close, was a very powerful peformance! I ended up dancing and singing with crowd of people off stage on the floor! The fans really enjoyed it and everybody was going crazy.
We finished the evening in China Town with some good food. Now I am going to sleep!
I will post photos and videos on my web pages. Please keep an eye on it.

に出かける準備中！
ライブが行われるのは、ロンドンのピカデリーにある、
ザ・コメディっていうライブハウスです！
ピカデリーって、ロンドンの中心にある一番の繁華街で、
エロスの像のあるところ、で知ってる人もいるかな。
今晩は素敵な夜になりそう
友達も何人か聴きに来てくれる予定。
体力的にも、精神的にも、準備はできてると思う。
今日、何を着ていくか決められたのは、
たった10分前の事だけど！
日本に住んでいるみんなは、ロンドンに今晩のライブを見に来るには、ちょっと遠すぎるよね。
日本でも、もうすぐライブをするから、
もうちょっと待っていて！
じゃ、行ってきます！！
I am just getting ready for tonight's gig!!
The gig will be held at a venue called The Comedy in Piccadilly in London.
Piccadilly is the center of modern London, some of you may know it from the famous statue of Eros.
It will be a wonderful evening. Some of my friends are coming to the gig.
I think I am well prepared physically and mentally.
Even though, it was only 10 minutes ago I finally decided what to wear tonight!!
It's a shame for some of you who are living in Japan, it is a bit too far away to come to London and see this gig, isn't it?
We will be in Japan, soon. So, please wait for us!!
