政府がちゃんと今後の見通しを説明せずに急に避難しなくてはいけないから、すぐに帰れるとおもいペットを置いてきた方が多いようです。

貴重品や思い出の品なども。

放射線量を計測して、ある程度大丈夫であれば時間を決めて自衛隊のほうで(被曝させてしまうので気の毒ですが）バスなどで送迎＋除染をするべきではと思います。

避難指示となっているエリア

（福島第一原発から２０キロ圏内）で、

避難所から自宅に一時的に帰宅する住民が増えていることから、

警戒区域を法的に設置し、

住民が立ち入れないようにするよう要請したそうです。
