Seemingly simple laziness is related to our soul and our consciousness. And struggle and hard work are actually intricate and intricate with our physical bodies. So, I bring it up, we have to be interested, we have to be free. Because when you are interested, it is not your body, but your soul that is active. Interest, in fact, is just a subtle feeling. Laziness is actually a subtle feeling. These are the characteristics of the laws of the realm of consciousness, and they are all the main points of the realm of the soul. We also say that one piece of relaxation is the way of life. You may know one, but you may not recognize it. Yichi is the time when consciousness is born, it is also the time when the soul is born, and it is also the time when our interest is born.
So, on the whole, if we use the laws of the soul more in our lives, then our lives will be easy to change. In fact, laws and truths are in the realm of consciousness and soul, not in the realm of the body. When you speak, you are reasoning and using a sense of things, but the reason you are talking about makes people work hard and struggle, in fact, this is the opposite, at least not uniform. Practical truth should be in the realm of truth, using your consciousness and soul. You're just being rude and unaware of any of that. If you are aware of it, you should think that my book is correct.
This morning, while listening to the Old Heart Sutra, I suddenly realized that the main categories of the Heart Sutra are the classification of the universe, human society, and human body systems, pointing out that all these things can be emptied. Therefore, I am meditating on the content of the New Heart Sutra and operating with consciousness: empty the universe, empty myself, empty society; Let the universe disappear, society disappear, let your body disappear. Because the New Heart Sutra tells us that what is empty includes our senses, that we have feelings about the universe, that we have feelings for society, that we have feelings for ourselves. So the new Heart Sutra empties the feeling, and this point is the core.
However, the old Heart Sutra says that color is emptiness, and emptiness is color. Therefore, these empty material worlds are actually one with the energy represented by emptiness. Energy is also matter, and matter is also energy.
Human scientists are always looking for dark matter and dark energy, in fact, it tells us that the spirit world may be the source of dark matter and dark energy. And after we have emptied the matter, the empty body, maybe the spiritual world. But, so emptiness here is not absolute emptiness, but refers to the spiritual realm. Of course, we may say that emptiness is energy, because color is matter, and matter and energy can be transformed into each other. That's why it is said that matter is emptiness, and emptiness is energy. Matter is energy, and energy is matter. So, when we say emptiness, we are not only referring to the spiritual realm, but also to the spiritual realm with energy.
Where is the spirit world? We did an experiment with a phone with audio and video recording, and the other phone playing music. Let these two phones enter the spirit world. But when we empty these feelings, we empty them into absolute space. Or into the spirit realm. Because it also involves the question of whether the soul can also be emptied. However, the soul is free of suffering, so when the soul is in a state of being, there are no more troubles. The pain is gone. This is the benefit of the Buddha guiding people into the state of the soul.
And our universe comes from nothing. But scientists say it's a circular universe. Therefore, our universe does not necessarily come from voidness, but only from the results of the previous universe system. So how did this circular system come about, and it's another question.
Therefore, when we explore science, the deeper we explore the question, the more we feel that this is a matter of the soul system, not the body system. When our souls are so free and large, our bodies should also be larger and freer. However, the space of the soul, the degree of freedom, is the greatest. So you can accommodate everything, and you can give space to everything. It means that it is easy to solve any problem. Could it be that the circular universe comes from the spirit world?
Therefore, all human contradictions are contradictions between semi-openness and openness. These are all contradictions between backwardness and progress. It's all a contradiction between freedom and unfreedom. It's all one pass, and there is no contradiction between Belple. It is also a contradiction between open-mindedness and non-openness.
To develop, it is necessary to establish an economic system that allows human beings to be free, so that human contradictions and problems can be solved.
When we see these clearly, we will know, and this is also a one-size-fits-all approach.
And when we know God, our freedom increases, and our wisdom increases. Because God is the representative of the highest degree of freedom.

一通百通似乎很简单，可是实际上，从这个领域要到另一个领域，隔行如隔山啊。所以，我提出来，万事万物，人类社会的事情，都是可以从量子领域开始的。佛就是心理的量子领域，就是控制念头的量子领域。科学就是我们说的也到了量子领域了，到了光量子领域了，才可以和佛是通的啦。这种思想衍生出来，就是解决问题，从最基本的状态和问题改变，从而改变一个宏大的事情。人类社会，当然就是先改变经济状态，然后其他的事情都容易改变了。
现在我们要做的事情，就是把整个社会体系，调整为一个经济发展的体系。以武力保护这种体系的存在和发展。而发展经济，从开放思想开始。
其实，有个问题，在宇宙大爆炸后，如此庞大的宇宙依然在一个爆炸体系内的，那么这种保持这个体系的信息是如何互相感知和传播的呢。而现在宇宙已经直径超过137亿光年了，如此范围，还能保持一个大爆炸体系，那么就说明各个部分有某种信息互相传播，否则如何保持一个大爆炸体系呢？否则不是散乱了吗？所以，这种信息是瞬间传播的，瞬间抵达宇宙任何角度的，有了这个信息基础，才保持了一个大爆炸体系，否则这里的一点，和另外的一点之间的就没有关系，现在却有了关系，就是宇宙大爆炸的关系。显然这个关系的建立是瞬间形成的。显然，科学家对这一点，没有认识到，以为大爆炸很自然，可是范围太广泛了，达到了138亿光年的范围，这就让我们不得不思考，有一个瞬间即达的东西存在，显然我们认为这就是意识，而不是光。有一个开放的思想体系，你才可以理解这个大爆炸体系的存在和维持。当然这是科学家需要开放思想的时候了。
至于为什么我们的宇宙星系，还有恒星系，都是螺旋的，这一点可能是光速决定的。
所以，宇宙有两种机制，一种是螺旋机制，一种是大爆炸机制。螺旋机制的核心就是光速有限。而大爆炸的机制就是意识存在。而且我们知道，螺旋是深入到灵界的中间体，有了螺旋，那么我们的物质界就可以通往灵界。原子是螺旋的，星系是螺旋的，都是可以通往灵界的。而这些显然都是意识领域的。
这些事情的理解，都有利于我们理解我们的经济体系，也有利于我们思想开放。
所以，我提到中东问题，解决机制的意识性，提到突变理论。突然，有这个经济发展思想和种善因思想，撒播到全世界。这来自我们的灵魂体系，而不是来自我们的肉体体系。
代表我们灵魂体系的是，我们静心思考的时候，我们有了多思考的机制，其实，懒惰是被努力的人歧视的，可是，懒惰带来了我们意识的活跃，和我们对问题的认识。这是一个简单的道理，很大发明创造都是偶然，闲来无事，在这种自由的境界，这种放松的境界给出的。所以，努力了100年，你可能在意识方面却没有发展，可是你懒惰静心思考的时候，你也许会瞬间开悟。所以，要给我们开悟给以环境，给一个条件，努力奋斗，不是开悟的基础，而放松和精神自由，比如懒惰的时候，我们精神是自由的。看似简单的懒惰行为却和我们的灵魂 ，和我们意识是沾边的。而奋斗和努力，其实都是和我们的肉体精密联系的。所以，我提出来，我们必须感兴趣，我们必须自由自在。因为感兴趣的时候，不是你的肉体，而是你的灵魂在活动。兴趣，其实就是一种微妙的感觉罢了。懒惰其实也是一种微妙的感觉罢了。这些都是意识领域的规律的特征，都是灵魂领域的要点。我们也说，一张一弛乃人生之道。一张你也许认识了，可是一弛，你也许没有认识到。一弛就是意识生发的时候，也是灵魂生发的时候，也是我们兴趣产生的时候。
所以，整体来说，就是我们用灵魂的规律多在我们的生活里，那我们的生活就容易改变。规律和道理，其实都是意识和灵魂领域的，不是肉体领域的。你开口说话的时候，你是在讲道理，用的事意识，但是你讲的道理，却让人努力，奋斗，其实这就是相反的了，至少不统一一致。其实用道理更应该在道理领域，使用你的意识和灵魂。你只是比较粗陋对这些都没有觉察罢了。你若觉察到了，就应该认为我书的是对的。
今天早上我在听旧心经的时候，突然开悟：心经的主要类容是对宇宙，人类社会和人体系统的分类，指出这些事情都可以空掉。所以，我在默念新心经的内容，并用意识操作：空掉宇宙，空掉自己，空掉社会；让宇宙消失，社会消失，让自己肉体消失。因为新心经告诉我们空掉的包括我们的感觉，我们对宇宙有感觉，我们对社会有感觉，我们对自身有感觉的。所以新心经空掉感觉，这一点是核心。
但是，旧心经里说，色即空，空即色。所以，空掉的这些物质世界，其实和空的代表是能量是一体的。能量也是物质，物质也是能量。
人类科学家总是在找暗物质和暗能量，其实，就是告诉我们，灵界也许就是暗物质和暗能量的来源地。而且我们空掉了物质之后的，空体，也许就是灵界。但是，所以这里的空，不是绝对的空，而是指的灵界。当然，我们也许说空是能量，因为色就是物质，物质和能量是可以互相转化的。所以才说，物质就是空，空就是能量。物质即能量，能量即物质。所以，我们说空的时候，不但指的是灵界，而且也指带着能量的灵界。
灵界在哪里？我们做一个实验，一个带录音和录视频的手机，另一个手机播放音乐。让这个这两个手机进入灵界。这个时候，在我们的世界，看不到两个手机了。也听不到手机播放的音乐了。可是到了灵界后的，录音手机可以录到我们世界的声音，却录不到手机播放的音乐。可以录到灵界的物象。黑乎乎的。而我们的世界是白天。所以我们知道灵界可以听到我们的现实世界的声音。可见灵界就在我们周围，且延伸到宇宙深处。通过这个实验，你就至少知道灵界是什么了。
但是，我们在空掉这些感觉的时候，就是把这些空到了绝对空中了。或者进入了灵界。因为这也涉及到了灵魂是不是也可以空掉的问题了。可是，灵魂是没有痛苦的，所以，到了灵魂状态的时候，烦恼也没有了。痛苦也没有了。这就是佛引导人们进入灵魂的状态的益处。
而我们的宇宙，来自于无。可是科学家说，这是循环宇宙。所以我们的宇宙也不一定来自空，只是来自上一个宇宙体系的结果罢了。那么这个循环体系又是如何来的，又是问题了。
所以，我们探究科学的时候，越是探究最深的问题，越是让我们感觉这是灵魂体系的事情，而不是肉体体系的事情啦。我们灵魂如此自由和庞大的时候，我们的肉体也应该庞大一些，自由了一些了。但是，灵魂的空间，自由度是最大的。所以可以容乃一切，也可以给一切以空间。意味着容易解决任何问题了。是不是循环宇宙来自于灵界呢。
所以，所有人类矛盾，都是半开放和开放之间的矛盾。都是落后和先进之间的矛盾。都是自由和不自由之间的矛盾。都是一通，没有百通之间的矛盾。也是思想开放和不开放之间的矛盾。
要发展，就建立一个经济系统，让人类自由，从而可以让人类的矛盾和问题都可以得到解决。
当我们看清这些的时候，我们就知道了，这也是一通百通。
而我们知道上帝的时候，我们的自由度就提高了，我们的智慧也提高了。因为上帝是自由度最高的代表。
