it seems that JINGU shrine's all over running cost , forest maintenance cost are one of the most important factors to decide JINGU outer park's renovation / reconstruction scale .

◇一般に、都心部の森林・樹木が伐採・市街地化されると、森林回復は困難であり、
都市の風致(自然)を維持するため定める(都市計画法9条22)風致地区は、
自然景観を可能な限り維持・強化して運営されるべきではないでしょうか。
◇大規模開発の根拠となっているように見える、明治神宮維持費の妥当性を調査・確認すべきではないでしょうか。
◇人の輪抗議デモ等、極めて強硬な反発を招いた現行・神宮外苑再開発計画は廃止。
複数グループ参加の公開・競争入札等で、周辺住人、広域利用者、企業住人、組織住人、等、が合意できる、(外苑樹木を1本も伐採せず、配置等も維持、明治神宮／スポーツ施設・団体等の維持に必要な規模等の、)神宮外苑再開発計画等を選択・実施すべきではないでしょうか。
