do not healthy services grow in healthy conpetitive environment ?

medical industory is also not exceptional ,
should not central government liberalize medicine and diagnosis price restriction , and enable anyone , any companies to found and run hospitals ? (for example , by convinience / super market store chains)

for the time being , tokyo metropolitan government become its hospitals gevrnmental REIT hospitals ?
