■ I can't count the number of times
「数えきれないほどある」という意味で、more times than I can countと同義です。
■ spelling
「（単語の）つづり」、「スペル」という意味です。なお、「つづる」の意味の英語（動詞）の spell には名詞の意味はありません。
■ fire off
「･･･を発射する」、「（メールなどを）送信する」という意味で、shoot offと同義です。 以下のような例文が挙げられていました。
Why is that delivery taking so long? I'll shoot off another email to the supplier today.
■ hit the nail on the head
「まさにその通りである」という意味で、absolutely rightということです。
■ immediacy
「即時性」、「瞬時性」という意味です。
■ humanize
「･･･を人間味あるものにする」という意味で、add more appealing human qualitiesということです。
次のような例文が挙げられていました。
This report is overloaded with statistics and jargon. We need to humanize it ; make it more accessible.
■ back in the day
「昔は」という意味で、in a bygone timeと同義です。
■ discursive
「とりとめのない」、「散漫な」という意味で、次のような例文が挙げられていました。
The audience quickly got bored with his discursive speech.
■ in longhand
「手書きで」という意味で、written by hand with a pen or a pencilということです。
■ craft
「作成（製作）する」という意味で、create or produce something. ということです。
次のような例文が挙げられていました。
I have crafted a proposal I think the client will really like.
■ inbox
「（メールソフトの）受信箱」の意味です。
