■ 米国の4つの主な世代
明確な定義があるわけではありませんが、米国の4つの世代は以下のとおりです。
(1) Silent Generation
1946年より前に生まれた人達（明確な名称なし）
(2) Boomers
1946年～1965年頃に生まれた人達
(3) Generation X
1960年代半ばから70年代中ごろまでに生まれた人達
(4) Generation Y（Millennials）
1980年代・1990年代の人達
※ Generation Yと Millennialsは同じ世代の人達を指します。
（私はMillennialsの方が後の世代だと勘違いしていました。）
