前回に引き続き、「研究によると～である」の定番表現です。
■ on one's plate
「（仕事などを）抱えて」という意味です。次のような例文が紹介されていました。
I have a full plate all this month.
■ all over the place
「いたるところで」という意味で、in many different placesと説明されていました。
■ set a time frame for
「～に期限を定める」という意味です。次のような例文が紹介されていました。
The company has announced a five year time frame for its restructuring.
■ in my book
「私の意見では」という意味で、in my opinionと同じ意味です。
■ I've always thought of myself as a morning person.
「自分自身を～と考える」という意味で、view yourself a certain wayと説明されていました。
■ You track your work flow for a week.
track one's work flow：「仕事の流れを追跡する」という意味です。
