if + will/would という表現は、仮定法の中にはでてきません。しかし、日常的な会話の中にでは使われ、主語の意思を表したり、婉曲的な表現となります。
if 節の主語の意思を表し、丁寧な依頼や同意を表します。
▸ If you will wait for a moment, I will fetch the box.
もし、ちょっとお待ちいただければ、その箱を取ってきます
▸ If she will listen to me, I'll confess everything.
もし、彼女が聞いてくれるのであれば、全て告白します
▸ If she won't listen to you, it can be frustrating.
もし、彼女があなたの話を聞かないのであれば、いらいらさせることになる
if 節の主語の意思や願望を表し、丁寧な依頼を表します。
▸ Give me a call, if you wouldn't mind.
