MIの既往がある患者は、Strokeを起こすリスクが高い。
Strokeの1／3は、Severeなものだ。
チカグレロールを、追加することにより、
出血性Strokeを増やすことなく、虚血性Strokeを減らすことができる、と。
普通、抗血小板っていうと、冠動脈のため、
DAPTも、ステントの閉塞を防ぐため、、、だったわけだが、
Stroke予防にもなるんで、心臓以外の死亡も減らすための
DAPTという考えが提唱されたわけですわ。
