In the world of yoga, there is a technique called dristi, which allows one to focus more deeply on awareness by defining one's gaze.
Many women, for example, use their eyes to express when they do not want someone to enter their territory or when they feel uncomfortable... (^.^)
In fact, not-so-good eye movements can affect your movements quite a bit. You should always try to train yourself to relax.
What exactly is eye training?
① Lie on your back
②Close both eyes and feel the eyeballs of your eyes
③Slowly move left and right
④ Are you exerting unnecessary effort?
⑤ Can you move your eyes horizontally?
Doing this will relax the muscles around your eyes and make you sleepy. If so, please get some sleep.
You will actually get what you want if you look at it slowly and gently.
