That should not be a surprise, given the strength of labour markets. Six of the G7 group of big rich countries enjoy an unemployment rate at or close to the lowest seen this century. America’s is the lowest it has been since 1969. It is hard to see how underlying inflation can dissipate while labour markets stay so tight. They are keeping many economies on course for inflation that does not fall below 3-5% or so. That would be less scary than the experience of the past two years. But it would be a big problem for central bankers, who are judged against their targets. It would also blow a hole in investors’ optimistic vision.

この文の構造は簡単です。

この文はit is hardのSVCの後にto see以下の真主語が書かれている構造です。
「労働市場がそれほど供給不足のままであるときに、根底にある物価上昇率がどのように減少しうるのかを理解するのは困難である」。

この文はtheyがS、are keepingがV、many economiesがO、on courseから文末までがCという構造になっています。

この文の構造は簡単です。

この文はcentral bankersを先行詞としてwhoから文末まで非制限用法の関係代名詞節になっていることを指摘するだけで充分でしょう。

この文の構造は簡単です。この文のinvestors’ optimistic visionを見たときに第5パラグラフの第1文のinvestors’ hopesと関連付けることができることが大切です。
「それは投資家たちの楽観的な見通しに欠陥を見つけることにもなるであろう」。
この文が第4パラグラフの第2文と関連することを読み取ることが大切です。それが読み取れるならば、第4パラグラフの第2文をtopic sentenceとする、対応するsupport部分はまだ続くことがわかります。
ここで第7パラグラフは終了です。このパラグラフはsupportの役割に特化しているので、topic sentenceを含まないと判断することができます。そして、第5パラグラフの第1文をtopic sentenceとする、対応するsupport部分はここまでであると判断することができます。
今述べたように第4パラグラフの第2文をtopic sentenceとする、対応するsupport部分はまだ続きます。
