昨日は、JR天王寺駅北側に位置する裏天王寺で集合した。
昭和の雰囲気漂う裏天王寺を懐かしく感じた。
炉端で食べて、6人で12000円ほどだった。一人あたり2杯くらい
お酒を頂いて、ホタテ、カキフライ、レンコンフライ、串盛り合わせ、
サラダ2種類、焼きおにぎり、等々お腹いっぱい食べて、美味しかった
のはもちろん、その安さに驚いた。
集まったのは、高校からの友達で、出会ってから40年以上の年月が
経っても、いつ会っても、昔みたいに、長く会ってなくても昨日
会ったみたいに、なんでも話せて、一緒に笑えるって幸せなことだ。
みんなが元気で、一緒に楽しい時間を過ごせたことを幸せに思った。
Yesterday, Friends and I met at Uratennoji, located on the
north side of JR Tennoji Station. I felt nostalgic for Uratennoji
with its Showa-era atmosphere.
We ate at a Robata-yaki restaurant and the cost was about
12,000 yen for six people. We got about 2 drinks per person,
had scallops, fried oysters, fried lotus root, assorted skewers,
two kinds of salad, grilled rice balls, etc. The food was delicious,
of course, but I was surprised at how cheap it was.
The friends who gathered were from high school, and even
though it has been more than 40 years since we met, we are
happy to be able to talk about anything and laugh together
whenever we meet, just like in the past, even though we
haven't seen each other for a long time, as if we met yesterday.
Everyone is doing well. I'm grateful for all the good times
we had together.
