Do you know what's WAGASHI?
Wagashi is the traditional Japanese sweets, a lot of wagashi discribes seasons beautifully. I bought ``kohakuto`` at minochu (one of wagashi shops) it' called Rikka.
Kohaku is one of summer wagashi, outside is firm and inside is soft I think many Japanese people love this kind of texture also I love this(・∀・) I recommend this sweets who doesn't like anko (red sweet beans)
Transparent agar expless water, stream of rivers so people can feel cool atmosphere that's why it is summer wagashi. Kohaku means amber and to means sugar.
和菓子は日本の伝統的なお菓子で、季節を美しく表現しているものが多くあります、美濃忠で「六華」という名前の琥珀糖を買いました～
琥珀糖は夏の和菓子の１つです。表面は固く、中は柔らかい食感で日本の人はこういう物を好きな人が多いと思いますし、私も美味しく頂きました！！また、あんこが苦手な人にもおススメです。
透明さが、水や川の流れを表現しており、それから涼を感じるので夏の和菓子になると言われています、Kohakuの意味は琥珀で、toは砂糖のことです。
