熊本豚骨 味千拉麺
大阪で働いていた時に何度か実店舗で食べたことがあります。海外に広く進出しているチェーン店です。
Have you ever tried AJISEN RAMEN that is a nation-wide ramen noodle restaurant chain, originated in Kumamoto prefecture and has expanded the business abroad. I have tried several times in Osaka when I worked in Osaka in the past. I bought an instant cup ramen noodles produced by NISSIN in collaboration with AJISEN RAMEN.
お、美味しい！
麺もスープも美味しいですが、やっぱり熊本ラーメンを特徴づけるマー油が最高ですね。ごちそうさまでした。
It was so good. The noodles and soup were good but the black garlic oil made the taste different. It is a character of ramen noodles in Kumamoto prefecture.
カップ麺だけでは足りないので冷凍炒飯。
Of course, a side dish was necessary. I microwaved ready-to-eat fried rice. It was good, too.
