大好きな大起水産です。大起水産は大阪の回転寿司チェーンですが、少し高級な本格回転寿司です。カルカリ牛蒡の肉うどん、博多風のうどんですね、関西汁が美味しいです。
I visited DAIKISUISAN, a local conveyor belt sushi restaurant chain in Osaka. I prefer DAIKISUISAN than other conveyor belt sushi restaurant chains like SUSHIRO, HAMA-SUSHI, KURA-SUSHI, etc. because the quality of seafoods is better.
I ordered niku gobo udon, hot udon noodles with beef and fried burdock toppings. It is like Hakata style udon noodles, isn't it? I would mention the detail, the burdock was fried but not tempura. The Kansai style soup was so good, anyway.

I ordered an assort of 3 wild fish. No sure the fish species, unfortunately.
なみだ巻き。これは必ず注文します。泣けます(笑)
I always order Namida Maki, a sushi roll of wasabi. I really like this.
メヒカリ唐揚げ、これはめちゃめちゃ美味しい！カリッとした表面の中とふわっふわな身のコントラストが最高です。これは本当に美味いな。
This is fried mehikari (greeneyes), a seasonal special dish. It was so good with crisp texture of surface and soft texture of flesh.
ナッツさん、新しく買った犬のベッドにシンデレラフィット。たっぷりと猫吸いしました。ﾓﾌﾓﾌ(*'ω'*)
Nuts slept in the new bed for my dog as Cinderella fit. I enjoyed to smell her again and again. It smells so good. I miss MofuMofu now.
帰りの居酒屋新幹線はカツ弁当。いいちこ下町のハイボールがとっても美味しい！
I opened Izakaya Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo. I bought pork cutlet rice bowl but not normal Katsu-don. This Japanese spirit Iichiko and soda with kabosu citrus was good.
