先日の名古屋出張で購入したヨコイの元祖あんかけスパ。レンチンするだけで食べることが出来ます。あんかけスパは名古屋のB級グルメ。実際に名古屋のチャオで食べたこともあります。
やっぱり独特の味ですよね～。皆さま食べたことありますか？
I bought ready-to-eat Yokoi's Ankake Spa on my business trip to Nagoya city, Aichi. It is ready to eat by microwave for few minutes. As you may know or not, Ankake Spa is the popular local food in Nagoya. I have tried it in Nagoya actually few times and I didn't understand why it is popular.
I watched the YouTube video about the secret of Yokoi's Ankake Spa. The dried spaghetti and the spicy sauce are produced in the factory in Toyama, not Aichi. And surprisingly, the spaghetti is providing to another restaurants where serves Ankake Spa in Nagoya.
According to the package, the spaghetti is the same with the original. And the taste of the sauce with tomato flavor and spicy black pepper is unique.
Of course, only the spaghetti was not enough, I cooked a pork steak. Coleslaw was good for the pork steak.

I am fine, finally. Symptoms like sputum, thick runny nose, are still remained but fatigue was recovered.
My project almost achieved the goal. The last one mile was quite tough but finally, finally, will meet the milestone. I hope everything will go well without any trouble next several days.
