兄弟犬に会いに岐阜県のぎふ清流里山公園へ行ってきました。

We visited GIFU SEIRYU-SATOYAMA PARK in Minokamo city Gifu to meet my dog's sibling this Saturday. It took around 3 hours by car from Osaka. The driver-assistance system like autopilot helped me to drive in the long drive.
公園を一緒にしばし散歩してから園内のカフェのテラスでランチ。結構美味しかったです。外のテラス席では犬と食事が出来ます。キャンプで何度も岐阜に行っているのに、娘は岐阜の郷土料理、鶏ちゃん焼きを知りませんでした。
After waking around the park an hour and half, we had a lunch at SATOYAMA CAFE. You can eat something foods with your dogs at terrace tables outside.
I ate Keichan set and my family ate Loco Moco rice bowl, and keema curry and rice. These were so good. My daughter didn't know the local food Keichan Yaki (grilled chicken with original sauce) in Gifu.
食後のデザート、関牛乳ソフトは1/3犬に食べられました（笑）
After lunch, we ate SEKI MILK softcream bought at MICHI NO EKI MINOGAMO. Seki Milk is milk produced in Seki city, Gifu, probably popular there. My dog ate the 1 in 3 amount of the softcream. It was so good.
さるぼぼとゆきお
This is Sarubobo, a special character in Hida city Gifu. Saru means monkey and bobo means baby. Sarubobo means baby monkey then. And there were many types of local Yukio.
園内の道の駅と帰り道のサービスエリアで色々お土産を買い込みました。岐阜に行ったのに何故か富山名産ますの寿司。
We bought lots of local foods at there and at the shop of the highway parking area on the way home.

滋賀県産そば粉100％使用近江生そば。
This is Omi Nama Soba, raw soba noodles of Omi (the former name of Shiga), produced by buckwheat flour farmed in Shiga.
この蕎麦はちょっと残念な感じ。ブツブツ切れます。
Disappointedly, the texture was not good despite much wheat flour included, very soft and easy to break.
ますの寿司は美味しい♪
Trout sushi was very good.
飛騨の平瀬酒造店のカップ酒、久寿玉純米。ちょっと古臭いですが美味しいお酒でした。さるぼぼかわええ。
I drank this local Japanese sake in Hida city Gifu, Kusudama Junmai. It tasted dry and sweet, the package of sarubobo was cute, right? It seems that this sake brewery has long history since 1623, I got it why the sake tasted a bit traditional.
楽しい岐阜への日帰り旅行でした。今週も頑張りましょう！

I came back Tokyo last night and I enjoyed Izakaya Shinkansen in Shinkansen super express on the way home. Ysterday's Izakaya Shinkansen was separated in two parts, the first part was ASD and fried squid tentacles, and the second part was hamgurg steak and Japanese sake, Kasumitsuru Yamahai. Yamahai means skipping Yamaorishi in the sake brewing process but the process of Yamahai using natural yeasts is much than current simple process.
