秋葉原に来ました。

Good day.

I would pause to post a series of articles about my business trip to Hamamatsu city because "Saturdays are Romen Days", I am supposed to post an article of Romen every Sunday the next day to a Romen Day.

I got off at JR Akihabara Station.

そうなんですよ、昨年ご主人のご不幸で閉店した岩本町スタンドそば、別名味自慢、通称岩スタ。6月にSTAND SOBA TOKYOとして別オーナーが同じ場所で路麺をオープンしたんですよ。それは行かねば！って来てみました。

嫌な予感はしていたんですが、やっぱり土曜日は開いていないようです💦

As you may know, the very popular Romen, Iwamoto town Stand Soba Ajijiman was terminated its business because of sudden death of the master chef, last year. But I got an information that another is preparing to open a stand soba restaurant on that place and opened this month. The name of the Romen is STAND SOBA TOKYO.

There is few information about business calendar and I was a bit afraid if it may be closed. My concern was right. The new Romen may be closed in weekends.

近くのみのがさはもちろん閉まってます。

I was not a Romen refugee because there are many Romen in this area. But of course, Minogasa, close there, was closed.

二葉も閉まってますよね。

Of course, Futaba was closed too.

こちらのみのがさは開いていたんですが気分ではありませんでした。今考えたら逆方向のそば千でも良かったかも。

それに2021年にオープンした清水やは見つかりませんでした。閉店しているようです。激戦区ですもんね。

Another Minogasa was opened but I was not in the mood. It might have been better that I went to Sobasen that was opposite direction of the place from STAND SOBA TOKYO.

I was not able to find Shimizuya that has been opened since 2021, it seems to be terminated already. I'm not sure but this area is really competitive, it could be.

有楽町まで来ました。はないちです。2度目の訪問です。

I moved to JR Yurakucho Station and visited Hanaichi in front of the station. This was my second time being here.

春菊天そば

I ordered Shungiku-ten soba noodles. It was 480 yen.

やっぱりはないちのおそばのクオリティは高いです。美味い！

I know the quality of soba noodles here is very good.

The soba noodle had good quality, these were boiled for many serving at the same time and kept and boiled again after an order. And the soup was amazing, I like this taste of the soup with rich dashi flavor.

It was full inside, this Romen is really popular and I know the reason of its popularity.

Let me start Roka Sampo.

I walked through the Ginza main street. This area is a car-free zone in weekends.

The purpose of Roka Sampo today was visiting GINZA SIX.
