I bought Hime Katsu Stick at the antenna shop of Kochi. This is a boiled and seasoned soda bonito. It was good but I am worried about a natural resources in the ocean. You can look the size of the soda bonito, I am sure that it have been caught in its young age, very small size. Fish industry should not fish this size of soda bonito. Overcaught could make drying up the natural resources in the ocean, and it's happening now.
As you realize that, price range of fish is raised recently. When I was a university student, I had often taken semi-dried saury because of cheaper price. But now, I hesitate to buy fish because these are too expensive. National government have to regulate fishing industry by not only season but also its amount of catch. The central government have to stop overfishing as soon as possible. In near future, Japan may be an import dominant country about fish market.
