この伊藤守さんはビジネスコーチングの世界では非常に有名な方です。この方の本は何冊か読みました。何度勉強しても実践は難しい。。。
部下を持つと分かる共通の悩み、今はそこから解放されましたが、最近もう一度悩みたくなってきました(笑)

My current project has many obstacles. It is truly hard to move a nation. Every small actions is leading to my goal. I didn't meet a big milestone yesterday and I was super disappointed. But I have a plan and never give up.
I have read many business books about business coaching when I had a team in the past. I learned basics of business coaching and realized that every books describes the same basics. You don't read several similar business books.
However, reminding and refreshing knowledge is also important. I read the book, "The Three-Minute Coach" written by Mamoru Ito. He is a kind of frontier of business coaching in Japan, he imported and translated the theories of business coaching in Japan. I have read his books.
I don't have any team now because I decided to develop myself as a specialist. But I miss my team now. People management is quite hard but very enjoyable as well. I am preparing my capability of manager and leader to manage a team again.
This book describes that managers are troubled of the following situations of members. These are true. I have been troubled these difficulties everytime even in my private time at home. I know most of managers would have the same feeling but I also know staffs don't know. I am not sure why they don't know?
- How can manager encourage staffs' self initiative who always wait manager's order?
- How can manager have better communication with staff who don't report, communicate and consult to you?
- How can manager make staff to be responsible for tasks, who often be late or don't meet a deadline?

- How can manager change staff thoughts who don't educate young colleagues and is interested in only him/herself?
