年末なのでお蕎麦の記事を。
久しぶりに大阪のお気に入りのお蕎麦屋さん、松喜庵に行ってきました。
Good day, I'm glad you're here.
I visited Soba Shokian with my family. I have been there several times, and I posted the article about there once in 2018.

 
もりそば大盛
I ordered large size standard cold soba noodles. It was around 1,000 yen.
 
うんうん、昔はこれで美味しいと思ってたんですよね。塩で食べると確かに蕎麦の甘みを感じます。でも長年の東京生活で経験値が上がってるので感動はできなくなりました。
The soba noodles were unique and good. The soba noodles were probably produced by 100% buckwheat flour in Hokkaido. Texture, taste and flavor of buckwheat was good but slightly different from other genine soba noodles. I prefered the soba noodles of Shokian in the past, but I have already experienced various types of genuine soba noodles in Tokyo. My daughter said it was good though, especially the style of eating soba noodles with dipping salt but she also said that I won't visit here again. Neither to me maybe.
 
あおさそば。お汁は関西風。
My wife ordered hot soba noodles with aosa, a kind of seaweeds, topping. I tried the soup a bit, it was very good with slight sourness, I felt it Kansai style soup.

Thank you for reading my blog through this year! I posted 365 articles this year as well but I took only 302 DMM English lessons, the rate of taking class was around 83%, lower than 2022. The reason of lower rate is my transfer in my company. The importance of English became less in my current position. But I keep practicing English next year as well.
