今日のランチは大阪で働いていた時に何回か訪れたことのある蕎麦屋さん、「松喜庵」に来ました。結構本格的な蕎麦を出すお店でお気に入りのお店の一つです。

I enjoyed the ballet concert yesterday that my both daughters performed.
I ate Japanese soba noodles at lunch time today. This soba noodle restaurant, 'Shokian' is the restaurant that I used to visit several times when I worked at Osaka. It was one of my favorite soba restaurants because the soba noodles at this restaurant had authentic.

 
店内の雰囲気はいかにも蕎麦屋さんって感じ。
The restaurant had good atmosphere such like traditional soba noodle restaurant.
 
ざる蕎麦を注文しました。今日の蕎麦粉は北海道産だそうです。
I ordered cold soba noodles. It was 950 Yen. I was looking forward to eat for long time. The buckwheat flour using today was made in Hokkaido.
 
かなりの乱切り蕎麦をリフト。
Of course, I lifted noodles. The noodles were cutted roughly and various thickness.
 
まずは塩で蕎麦本来の味を楽しみます。歯ごたえやのど越しはやっぱりいいですね~。でも蕎麦の風味があまり感じられません...
At first, I enjoyed the noodles with salt. This way of eating can enjoy original soba taste. The crisp texture of the noodles was good, but I was not able to feel soba flavor.
 
次にわさびを付けて汁で頂きます。美味い。
Next, I enjoyed the noodles with soup and wasabi.
 
もちろん最後は蕎麦湯です。濃すぎず薄すぎず好きなタイプの蕎麦湯です。
At last, I enjoyed soba-yu that was hot water used for boiling soba noodles. This soba-yu was appropriate, not strong, not weak.
 
やっぱり上品で美味しい蕎麦でした。でも昔はもっともっと美味しいと感じてたんですけどね。まあ季節によって蕎麦粉の生産地も変わりますしブレの範囲でしょうね。いや、僕の舌に一貫性がないのかな(笑)
I was disappointed the taste of the soba noodles at Shokian very much. I believe it was a sort of little daily differences. Actually, a producing area of buckwheat flour is changed by season.
Perhaps, my sence of taste doesn't have consistency, and it might have been changing recently.
