TENKAME provides red peppers and niboshi(dried small sardine) powder on the table. It looks like black pepper but it isn't.

The niboshi powder can change the taste of soba soup better.
I confirmed again that Rokumon Soba, Iwasta (Iwamoto-cho Stand-up Soba house, Ajijiman), and TENKAME SOBA are standards of Tokyo traditional Romen houses. Of course, there are many other good Romen houses that have unique soba noodles. You can try these soba noodles after you have soba noodles at these theree standard Romen houses.

Google Translate adds 24 languages. It sounds good. Recent AI translation can translate a sentence very properly and naturally. I recently use DeepL. It can translate something very naturally. I shared DeepL to the tutor yesterday, he said it might be better AI translator but it cannot be used to him because the interface in only Japanese.
Anyway, AI translator is a good way to translate something from a local language to another, and also in opposite way. And I think it is a good way to preserve local languages in indigenous. Some specialists said many local languages will be disappeared next decades. The universal languages such like English, Spanish and French, probably Mandarin as well might be more important in the future.
