昔、あるブログで紹介されていて気になっていた江戸前煮干中華そば きみはんに来てみました。そこそこ人気のようですが外待ちはありませんでした。

A blogger introduced the ramen house KIMIHAN on his blog and I got interested in that but I hadn't had an opportunity to visit so far. Eventually, I visited there. It looked popular but no waiting line.
基本的に初訪問時は定番を注文します。
中華そば醤油下さい！って券売機だけど。
I didn't take a time to choose what I eat. I always order the standard cuisine or its specialty when I visit a restaurant for the first time. I ordered soy sauce ramen noodles by the ticket vending machine.
店内は狭いですが、雰囲気は悪くないです。
The inside of KIMIHAN was really narrow but the atmosphere was not bad.

They served me soy sauce ramen noodles. Looks classical ramen noodle, doesn't it?
麺は普通、スープはかなり煮干が強烈です！っていうか煮干しか感じない(笑) このスープ、10年前には衝撃的だっただろうなあ。
The noodles were not special. The soup had quite strong niboshi flavor. Niboshi is a dried small sardine. KIMIHAN was established a decades ago. A decade ago, the strong niboshi flavor would have impacted many people.
邪道かもしれませんがお酢を投入。うんうん、美味い。

I understood this Japanese vinegar was for tsukemen noodles but I put it into the ramen noodles. It changed the taste to what I preferred. It was not bad but I won't visit here again.
目黒の立喰いそば田舎が8月末で閉店していました．．．
残念。コロナの問題とご主人の健康問題とが重なったんでしょうね。
Unfortunately, Tachigui-soba Inaka in front of Meguro station quitted its business by the end of August 2021. I visited there once several years ago. I remember the soba noodles of Inaka was like typical soba noodles of a stand-up soba restaurant. Inaka had been loved by customers for 5 decades. I am disappointed Inaka was closed. Medias and writers wrote the articles about this Inaka.
家そば。やっぱり一人分だけの調理だといつもの味になります。
I often cook soba noodles at home, as you know.
The taste of my soba soup is not stable. Especially, when I cook the soba soup for several people. I often change my recipe of soba soup. There is still space to improve!
