目黒駅のど真ん前の「田舎そば」です。おしゃれな街、目黒には似つかわしくない古びた雰囲気のお店です（笑）

I was hangover this morning because I drank too much. My young colleague pointed out my management style. I was depressed deeply.
I should Japanese soba noodle for resuming the hangover. My blog friend, Yanagibashi-san said that Japanese soba noodles of standing restaurant is really good and medicine for resuming hangover.
Of course, Saturdays are often the days to eat Japanese soba noodles at standing soba noodle restaurants.
I went out to Meguro station. This is the Inaka soba in front of Meguro station. This restaurant is popular for geeks of standing soba restaurant. This has been opening from about 50 years ago. This restaurant was to small to eat soba noodles for five people at same time.

I served a cup of water from plastic water tank. It was unique.
げそ天そばが無いので春菊天そばを注文しました。あじ天そばが有名らしいですけどね。二日酔いなので優しい春菊天で。
I ordered shungikuten soba noodles. It seems ajiten soba noodles are popular. But I selected shungikuten due to hangover, shungikuten seems to be good for health.
これといって特徴があるわけではなく普通の立ち食いそばです。ゆで麺もお汁も天ぷらもとても普通の立ち食いそば。でもそれがいいんです。ごちそうさまでした。二日酔いは治りませんでしたが（笑）
I felt it was soba noodles as traditional soba noodles at standing soba noodle restaurants. Pre-boiled noodles, soup and tempura were not special, but these were really good. I like it.
福光屋のZEDという日本酒らしくないパッケージのお酒です。ソムリエと杜氏のコラボで醸したお酒だそうです。
かなり酸味が強い味ですね。悪くはないんですが日本食には合わせにくいなあと思いました。
I drank a Japanse sake that I bought at a liqur store in Osaka. This is ZED fukumitsuya. The package looks strange as Japanese sake. This sake was brewed by the toji,craft sake meister Itaya-san and the senior sommelier Tsuji-san for brewing new type of sake.
It had unique taste, with strong sour taste. It was not bad, but I don't prefer. I thought it was difficult to suit with delicate Japanese cuisines.

In the past, a lot of companies in developed countries have moved their factories to developing countries such as asian or african countries because there are a lot of cheaper laborers. But the situation is getting changing gradually. The automation technologies such as robot are changing the way to produce and they can produce something cheaper than manual laborers. 3D printer technology is as well. So companies need several smart programmers and operators in their factories, not a lot of laborers. Not only a lot of African or Asian people but also Japanese people could lose their jobs in near future due to technologies.
Cheaper laborers gather factories, and factories pay money to laborers, the money gathers other industries or stores. These cycle make people rich, and payment are getting higher. The companies don't want hire the high cost people in their factories. So they move their factories to other countries that have cheaper laborers. This is the theory of economic. It is hard to avoid.
