ファミマで「5種のフルーツロール トライフル」を買いました。
大阪に住んでいらっしゃる方なら、「これ、堂島ロールのプリンセスロールやん」って思いますよね。私もそう思いました。これ大阪でも売ってるのかなぁ。
生クリームとカスタードクリームのロールケーキにいちご、バナナ、キウイ、黄桃、マンゴーが入っていてとても美味しかったですよ。満足満足。

I bought the sweet "Swiss Roll with 5 fruits" at a convenience store, Family Mart. It was 278 yen(including tax), a slightly expensive. But I had a 30% off discount ticket, so the ticket let me have brave to buy it.
If you live in Osaka, you would think it looks like the Princess Roll by Mon-cher. Of course, I thought so. But the Swiss Roll had a custard cream not only whip cream. 5 Fruits which are strawberry, banana, kiwi, yellow peach and mango can makes the Swiss Roll gorgeous. The cake was very good. I wonder this sweet is available at Family Mart in Osaka.

If you want to eat something sweets, you should reduce calorie and carbohydrate stricter. I reduced carbohydrate as possible by a boiled chicken and tofu noodles. I don't exercise much recently due to working from home and staying at home, so I try to reduce an intake of calories and carbohydrates everyday.

Today's DMM English lesson review.
I was able to book the same teacher of yesterday from Angola, today too. I answered her question "How is the maximum annual interest of payday loan in Japan?" Of course, she remembered my promise yesterday, at the start of today's lesson, she asked me to answer the question. This kind of small relationship with others even in online English lesson can make me feel good.
Today's topic of Daily news was a Safari in Africa. Some Safari started the virtual Sararis service. A guide drive a vehicle with cameras in the Safari and broadcast the wild lifes to customers. I think it is good service for customers in COVID-19 situation and but also good for a management organization of Safari because Safaris are struggle of the situation, no customers and no tourists under COVID-19 situation. Actually, Japanese Zoo are facing on the financial problem because Zoo are closed due to COVID-19 situation. Zoo have to feed animals though no customer, no income.
