フライイェイです！今週もお疲れ様でした。
本当に忙しくて仕事以外に書くことがありません。今週は新しいメンバーの能力評価をしたんですが、自分で採用を決めた人がやっぱり高い能力を持っていて、研修でかなり力を付けていたのが本当に嬉しかったですね。

I was really busy this week. So I don't have anything to write on the blog article except of my business.
I assessed the improvement of my new member's business abilities this week from meetings with our customers. I was really happy that their science capability and communication skills have improved through trainings. Particularly, the new member who I decided to hire from other company was able to develop his capabilities, I was satisfied to hire him.
昨日のランチは焼き豚丼。紅ショウガ入れ放題なのが嬉しい！500円です。
This is my yesterday's lunch, baked pork rice bowl. I added sliced red gingers. I bought it at the restaurant in my office. It was probably 600 Yen.
ジャンクな味が最高です！美味い！写真のピントもばっちり（笑）
The junk taste was really good for me. I might have a communication disorder, so I have a lunch lonely almost every. Or, I am always just busy.
昨日の蕎麦です。カニカマと豆腐の冷やしそば。
This is my yesterday's Japanese soba noodles. Cold soba noodles with tohu and kanikawa toppings.
よく混ぜていただきます。麺の歯ごたえがやっぱり最高！
I cooked it using all Gagome soba noodles that is remained. I ate it after stirring well, the crisp texture of noodles was awesome!
Yanagibashi-san often use an expression,'Maje Maje' in his blog articles. 'Maje Maje' means stirring well.
で、今日の蕎麦（笑） かき揚げとわかめの蕎麦。普通にうまいです。金曜の夜なので餃子も食べちゃいました（笑）
This is today's Japanese soba noodles, kakiage and wakame seaweed noodles. I ate Gyoza too because it was Friday night, tomorrow is my day off.
肝心の麺リフト写真がぶれちゃいました。気が抜けている証拠です、良くないです（笑）
毎日毎日蕎麦を食べてよく飽きないなと我ながら思います。だって好きなんだもの。
The picture of lifting the noodles was blurred a little. I think myself why I don't get tired of eating Japanese soba noodles in spite of every day. The only reason is because I love Japanese soba noodles!
