今朝はIKEAで買ってきた材料で作ったホットドッグ。家で食べても美味い。
Hello, how are you?
I ate a hotdog this morning that was cooked by ingredients bought at IKEA. It was really good.

 
で、お昼は半田めん。半田めんって有名なのかな?
I ate Handa noodles at lunch time. I am not sure whether Handa noodles are popular.
 
半田めんって半田そうめんの中の一つのブランドみたいですね。半田そうめんそのものも結構マイナーじゃないかと思います。ブロ友さんのブログによると1.2mm以下が素麺、1.3~1.6mmが冷や麦、1.7mm以上がうどんっていう麺の基準があるそうです!で、この半田めんは公式サイトによると1.4~1.6mmらしいので冷や麦の範疇に入りますね。
つるつるでコシもあって美味しいです。
Handa noodle is one of the Handa somen noodles at Handa area in Tokushima prefecture. The noodle is slight thick more than ordinary somen noodle. According to Yanagibashi-san's blog article, there is the noodle definition, somen noodle is below 1.2 mm, hiyamugi noodle is from 1.3 to 1.6 mm and udon noodle is above 1.7 mm. Thank you Yanagibashi-san for the information. I read again his the blog article again because I was not able to remember the information.
And according to the official web site of Handa noodle, handa noodle is from 1.4 to 1.6 mm. So, handa noodle is in hiyamugi noocle category.
Handa noodles were very good with smooth texture.

I am enjoying a fried red ginger with grape flavor shochu highball. It is good I can buy fried red ginger at grocery stores in Osaka. I cannot buy it in Tokyo. If I can buy it in Tokyo, I would cook beni-shoga tempura soba noodles.
 
今日はまったり過ごしました。
